Chester Santos The International Man of Memory

Remember the name

In this memory tip, Chester Santos, the International Man of Memory, and 2008 U.S. Memory Champion, gives the reason why so many people can remember a person's face and not their name. If you can activate multiple senses, then the person's moniker will be easier to remember. And this is so important, because as Dale Carnegie says in his book How to Win Friends and Influence People, there is no better word to a person's ears than their name.

At his one-day workshop, Chester spends an entire segment just on how to remember peoples names. At his seminars, starts each workshop out by naming the first names of hundreds of participants. If you have a company or group of people, Chester is also available for speaking engagements
